Multi point forming (MPF) is an advanced manufacturing technology for three-dimensional surface forming of sheet metal by using the tool surface formed by the basic body lattice. Dieless multi-point forming system is a high-tech integrated system based on CAD / CAE / CAM / CAT technology. He has undertaken 19 scientific research projects at or above the provincial and ministerial level, including 8 national scientific and technological projects. He has achieved research results with independent intellectual property rights, realized industrialization, and won the first prize of Jilin Province for scientific and technological progress.

Precision plastic forming technology, which belongs to the category of advanced manufacturing technology, is the combination of modern electronics, computer technology, material science, precision machining and measurement technology and traditional plastic processing. At present, the development trend of precision plastic forming technology is product precision, complexity and quality optimization, simulation and accuracy of process design, CAD / CAE / CAM integration of mold design and manufacturing, and automation of production process.

Using roll forging process to produce long shaft and plate forgings, the production efficiency is more than doubled, the investment is saved by 50%, the material utilization rate is increased by 15 ~ 20%, the energy consumption is saved by 20 ~ 30%, and there is no vibration, noise and other pollution.
