Using roll forging process to produce long shaft and plate forgings, the production efficiency is more than doubled, the investment is saved by 50%, the material utilization rate is increased by 15 ~ 20%, the energy consumption is saved by 20 ~ 30%, and there is no vibration, noise and other pollution. The production lines of automobile connecting rod, front axle, variable cross-section leaf spring, turbine blade, machine guide plowshare, forklift fork, harvester blade protector and garden spade have been built, and good economic benefits have been achieved.
This project is one of the key national promotion technologies, has won 3 National Awards and 15 provincial prizes.

Using cross wedge rolling process to produce stepped shaft forgings, the production efficiency is 3 ~ 5 times higher than that of die forging, the material utilization rate is increased by more than 30%, and the product precision reaches the precision level of die forging. It can be used to produce all kinds of stepped shaft, eccentric shaft, hollow shaft, multi ball head shaft, etc.
This project is one of the key new technologies promoted by the state. It has won one national award and three ministerial and provincial awards.
